When moving a penguin, a player may choose to move any of their penguins for as far as they want, as long as their path is a straight line. Once they have completed both of these actions, the next player will begin their turn. During their turn, the player will move a penguin and collect ice floe tiles. The youngest player will be the first player to take their move, and then the turns will rotate clockwise around the playing group. The game is played over the course of numerous turns. Once all of them have been placed, the game is ready to begin. It must be placed on a space that is not occupied by another penguin. On their turn, the player will only place one penguin on the board. The players will then place their penguins on the board, beginning with the youngest player and continuing clockwise around the group. Finally, if there are four players, they will each collect two penguins. If there are three players, then each player will collect three penguins. If there are two players, then each player will collect four penguins.
